Appointments

Prior to your first appointment you will need to complete a new patient confidential medical history form. This will be sent to you by email when you book. We cannot proceed with treatment without this form. Alternatively a pdf copy can be downloaded for printing from the News & Resources page of the website. You can either bring this with you to your appointment or send by email in advance to your relevant clinician.

Deposits are taken for online bookings via Stripe. The remaining balance due is made after each consultation either by cash or major debit/credit card including American Express. Please see the separate page for accessing care with Bupa. If you have private medical insurance other than Bupa we can provide you with a receipt so that funds can be claimed back by you. As previously mentioned, some insurance policies require your GP to authorise treatment. Please contact your insurance provider prior to arranging your appointment to check your policy details.
